FRIDAY-SUNDAY appointments are generally fully booked 2-3 weeks in advance during prom season. All email inquiries sent from Friday to Sunday will be answered the following Monday.

CONFIRMATION 
If you do not receive a confirmation via email or phone regarding your preferred appointment day and time, we kindly request that you do not assume that you have a time slot booked. Voicemails left from Oksana's South in response to email inquiries are not considered a confirmation until the client phones back to confirm day and time. 

We will give you a call 24-48 hours before your appointment to confirm.

If you do not confirm within 24 hours via phone or email, your appointment will be cancelled. 
 
Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes early to your appointment. We ask that each client bring a max of 2 guests for prom and evening gown fittings during peak season (September-March).

PARKING 
At Oksana’s South, we understand the importance of convenience when it comes to your shopping experience. That's why we are proud to offer free and convenient parking right in front of our store. We believe that finding a parking spot should be the least of your worries when you visit us. Please park at 6745 or Visitor-labeled spots.
