1 HOUR
$25
At your grad/evening gown styling appointment, you’ll enjoy a 1-hour booking with a stylist who will curate a personalized selection of graduation/evening dresses based on your style, preferences, and vision for your special day!
Things to note:

The $25 booking fee is charged upon securing your appointment (via Credit Card over the phone) and is non-refundable.

The booking fee will be credited toward the purchase of a new grad dress made during your initial appointment.

The fee will be saved as a credit on account towards the purchase of a new gown for 30 days following your initial visit.

One complimentary follow-up appointment is included to retry your top three favourite dresses from your initial visit (20-Minute Session)

Appointments cancelled with 24 hours’ notice or less will forfeit the $25 booking fee.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment cancelled, and the $25 booking fee will be forfeited.

Your bridal styling appointment includes a 1-hour private consultation with one of our experienced bridal stylists. During your appointment, you’ll have exclusive access to our private second-floor bridal showroom,(not wheelchair acessible) where you and your guests can enjoy a relaxed, one-on-one experience while your stylist hand-selects gowns tailored to your vision, personal style, and wedding day aesthetic.
Things to note:

A $25 booking fee is required to reserve your appointment and is non-refundable.

If you find “the one” during your initial appointment, your booking fee will be credited toward the purchase of your new wedding gown.

Friday-Sunday, Holiday & Weeknight appointments are generally fully booked 2-3 weeks in advance during prom season. All email inquiries will be answered within 24-72 hours.
CONFIRMATION
If you do not receive a confirmation via email or phone regarding your preferred appointment day and time, we kindly request that you do not assume that you have a time slot booked. Voicemails left from Oksana's South in response to email inquiries are not considered a confirmation until the client phones back to confirm day and time.
We will give you a call 24-48 hours before your appointment to confirm. If you do not confirm within 24 hours via phone or email, your appointment will be cancelled.
DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT
Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes early to your appointment. We ask that each client bring a max of 2 guests for prom and evening gown fittings during peak season (August-March).

At Oksana’s South, we understand the importance of convenience when it comes to your shopping experience. That's why we are proud to offer free and convenient parking right in front of our store.
